F0under

Mike Yuen

I’m a Dutch founder. I run a fashion brand and InfluencerFounder, a coaching business and software studio where people build AI-powered influencer accounts they own. I’m moving to Dubai, and F0under is the room I want to walk into when I get there: founders who run something, talking about what actually happened, with the numbers in.

Everything on this site is written by me, under my name. When a guest is interviewed, their name and company are on the page. If a number is on this site, it is a real one — including the size of the list.

The order of things

1. Interviews. Long conversations with operating founders, published here. They are the first content and the first guest list.
2. Live in Dubai. Small rooms, no stage pitching. Dates reach the list first.
3. The room. A paid, vetted community. The bar is set with the first members, published here, before anyone pays.

The zero

It is the entry bar, not decoration. Everyone started there and nobody in the room still is: the filter is a business that actually works — revenue, staff, payroll that clears — not an idea or a plan. What members have in common is that they built it themselves and can still describe the part before it worked, which is the first thing to disappear once it does. More on that →

What this is not

Not a course. Not a mastermind with a stage. Not a Slack link anyone can join. Not open yet.
